EXECUTE: Create Seam Ear web project (with name Seam) 
EXECUTE: In Package Explorer select Seam-ejb
EXECUTE: Right mouse click Refator->Rename 
EXECUTE: Change name from Seam-ejb to newseam-ejb 
EXECUTE: Open Seam-ejb.launch file
FAILURE:    <stringAttribute key="org.hibernate.eclipse.launch.PROPERTY_FILE" value="/Seam-ejb/hibernate-console.properties"/> is not updated to 
<stringAttribute key="org.hibernate.eclipse.launch.PROPERTY_FILE" value="/newseam-ejb/hibernate-console.properties"/>
