EXECUTE: Create Seam/JSF project.
EXECUTE: Open components.xml/faces-config.xml/... with our jboss tools xml editor.
EXECUTE: Try Ctrl+Space.
FAILURE:  It dosn't work.
EECUTE: Open the same xml with XML editor (wtp).
EXECUTE: Try Ctrl+Space.
ASSERT: It works.
