We can solve this issue in two ways:
- adding this feature to the project.examples plugin; easier, but would introduce a lot of unnecessary dependencies (seam, portlet, esb...)
- defining an ext. point in the common plugin and contributing it to the corresponding plugins; this is a better solution, but requires changing more plugins.
