Dialect option added.
It saves to launch file.
ConsoleConfigurationPreferences for launch file (EclipseLaunchConsoleConfigurationPreferences) returns it or autodetect it if ConsoleConfiguration uses connection profile (mode is not checked to be jpa).

If ConsoleConfigurationPreferences (which is used to instantiate ConsoleConfiguration) returns dialect not null - it override dialect from properties or hibernate.cfg.xml file.
