Also, it should be noted that these tools are generally geared for development time and NOT production time. It is not entirely appropriate to use these tools to deploy to production servers. I would imagine there'd be a bit more process involved in deploying to a production server than using development tools to do so. 

The tools are developed primarily with speeding up development time;  not guaranteeing the safety of your production server.
