Crtl+PageUp, Ctrl+PageDown:
   Tabs switching work fine on Linux and Mac if focus is in source part of VPE. If we start switching from visual/source tab with focus in visual part functionality does not work.
   On windows everything works fine.
   There are bugs in eclipse with keypress event processing in eclipse.swt.browser.Browser widget:

   There was a patch to swt on Windows OS to solve bug#211615. I suppose this caused that our keypress event (Crtl+PageUp, Ctrl+PageDown) is processed normally on Windows, but fails on Mac and Linux. 

Shift+Alt+F6, Alt+F6:
Alt+F6 is a system key binding on Linux and Mac, if such a default behavior is disabled than this event is processed successfully in VPE.
