There are two use cases to take care of here:

1. Where the user has already selected the types in the wizard
2. Where the user might want to change a previously selected type

Thus, the suggestion is that selected types be checked by default (so the user does not have to check them again), which retains the capability of changing the checked selection if the user wishes.
