EXECUTE: Create and open esb xml file. (New > ESB > ESB file)
EXECUTE: Open tree view.
EXECUTE: Create Bus Provider element.
EXECUTE: Right click on it.
FAILURE: Look at screenshots. 

I think it will be better, if all menu's look like same.
