Are you sure that down and up arrows works fine in xulrunner and we lost much if disable it? For example  on page richT1 -> JSF Test -> JSFTest.jsp try from "Ta|ble with numbers" navigate to next row in this table, or to "one row" text using up and down arrows? For me this doesn't works -> smt. wrong with navigation by up and down arrows. -> we can disable it.
