There are some differents between different Seams:
- Seam Runtime. (in seam settings)
- Seam libs.
- Seam XSDs in seam config files.

If we change Seam Runtime only then user have to update libs and config files manually.
Changing Seam Runtime is enough to get all our Seam Wizards working because our wizards use seam-gen from Seam Runtime home folder.
