RH/JB:
* switch to using WTP 3.0.3 in builds
* fix update site gen so that if packing and p2 steps fail new site will still be produced
+ test update site to see if BIRT feature can be installed in Ganymede JEE bundle (it can't -- dependencies cannot be resolved -- IN PROGRESS)
+ verify .pack.gz files are being created on update site (they're not -- IN PROGRESS)

Eclipse:
* Assist PDT team w/ 1.0.5 and 2.0.0 builds; website tweaks,etc.
* Common Builder: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Build_Workshop_3:_Build_Hard_With_A_Purpose/Report#2008-11-26

Planned:
+ Assist EMF team in removing SDO from their build (deferred)
+ update site issues: packing problems, birt feature install problems, feature name issues, installation documentation
