The other 3 options, EAR, EJB JAR, and WAR are contributed by the AS-Tools plugin / feature. This is to make archives as independent as possible, ie not dependent on webtools and the virtual project model. 

Without AS-Tools, *only* jar will show up.  With AS-Tools, all options should be present.
