Reorganize design of Smooks configuration file wizard first page

The first page (location/file name selection) of the Smooks configuration file editor should follow Eclipse wizard conventions. For example, see attached image:

1. The currently selected container in the Navigator is selected by default in the wizard
2. There is an easy way (the project tree) to choose an alternative location

We should be able to use similar base classes in Eclipse to get the same sort of design for this wizard.
