This issue has already been fixed (JBIDE-2803; see  build 200810080310, for instance)
Your fix introduces the issue again.
I suppose that your workspace isn't  up-to-date. You probably have the org.jboss.ide.eclipse.ui plugin (removed from svn/build) and  haven't checked out the org.jboss.tools.common.model.ui plugin.
