you did notice the and/or in there ;) None of this should be *forced*.

And fyi, you don' t need to use maven for its build - you can use it for pure library management too.

I'm just saying ivy and maven since they are the most dominant "non-manual" methods of getting libraries. I do not want to add yet another method of doing it.
