Resolved for <rich:column> tags in <rich:dataTable>:
   1. Attributes 'styleClass' and 'visible' work now.
   2. Attributes 'footerClass', 'headerClass' are accepting automatically.
   3. Attribute 'breakBefore' is applied automatically.
   4. Support of attribute 'sortIcon' added.

Not resolved:
   1. <f:facet> is still accepting after refresh button press only.
   2. These problems will appear in another <rich:column>'s containers (<rich:subTable> and others).
