You have to add any required wtp facet:
- jst.web
- wst.web
- jst.utility
- jst.connector
- jst.ejb
- jst.ear
or 
jst.appclient 

For testing purpose, you can do the following:
- create an ESB project
- add the jst.web (Dynamic Web Module) facet to your ESB project
- rename it.
