Yes, It's a regression of bugs JBIDE-1217 and JBIDE-1043. We can't create junit for drag&drop, but this issue is reproduceble when we open external file throw  eclipse File menu, so junit can be created for it. When this bugs were resolved we  were not creating junit tests .
