All of the guides have been validated  and we have still a lot of problems and bugs during compare process:
1. an unexpected error "Out of context" without any details about it
2. because of the error described above we have caught another one: Error: attempting to append [#text: ] to [#document: null]
3. finally as the output document was built we found another problem: the structure of the Guide was damaged. 
I have a proposition: let's find another tool for file comparing. DiffMk is of GPL licence so we can't modify source code. Actually Diffmk is still in 3.0 alpha.
