Anton this is test case:
open some file or select it in Package Explorer for project X
open new console configuration wizard and create - it should propose X as default name for console configuration
create console configuration with name X
then open new console configuration wizard once again - cause console configuration with the name X exist
console configuration wizard should propose X (1) as default name or some other
