EXECUTE: Create seam web project
EXECUTE: Open pages.xml on graphical tab
EXECUTE: Add new page using link or context menu
EXECUTE: Add new exception using link or context menu
EXECUTE: Add new param to created page
EXECUTE: Link exception with the page
EXECUTE: Select exception on graphical tab and select Delete from context menu
FAILURE:   Link will disappear but exception will not
EXECUTE: Select exception on graphical tab and select Delete from context menu again.
FAILURE:   java.lang.NullPointerException
