Remove Defunct Core Modules from svn AND BUILD

1) Remove the following plugins:
  - trunk/core/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.core
  - trunk/core/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.help
  - trunk/core/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.jdt.core
  - trunk/core/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.jdt.j2ee.xml.ui
  - trunk/core/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.jdt.ui
  - trunk/core/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.ui

2) Remove the following feature:
  - trunk/core/features/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.feature

3) Remove all docs in trunk/core, as they are very defunct

4) Move all archives plugins to trunk/archives in a proper structure

5) Create a builder for archives

6) Ensure archives / webtools integration is in the AS feature / tree and has archives as an optional dependency.
