Add.. in reveng.xml on table/column page editor should not require a Console configuration

Add... currently requires a console configuration.

In the case no console configuration is available (or that some error occurs) we should just show a dialog with the relevant reason
and add a <table name="TABLE_1"/> to the file (TABLE_1 should be unique, so if it already exist it should be TABLE_2 and so forth). 
This allow the ui to continue to work even if the user does not have acess to a database or console configuration.
