There is no validation on Add El Reference wizard in Page Design Options.

EXECUTE: Create seam web project
EXECUTE: Open any xhtml page
EXECUTE: Open Page Design Options
EXECUTE: Press Add button to add El expression
EXECUTE: Fill Value field and do not fill El Value field
FAILURE:   Finish button is enebled.
EXECUTE: Close and reopen Editor
FAILURE:   java.lang.NullPointerException is occured.
EXECUTE: Swith to Preview tab.
FAILURE:   One more exception is occured.
