1) When using JBossTools-ALL the dialog is working fine.

2) Then I tried SeamTools in addition to Hibernate Tools, JBossAS Tools, JBossWS Tools, RichFaces VPE. The dialog still doesn't work: missing icons and no next button. I also saw that "JBoss server view" is missing when using these JARs.

So the question is: in which JAR is the functionality to create JBoss servers, and to switch to the "JBoss server view"?

Otherwise the various JARs are useless if the "ALL JAR" is the only working one.
