org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.ui has a dependency on org.jboss.ide.eclipse.archives.core and ui.   This is because of the FilesetViewProvider, the addition to the JBoss Server's View for creating handy filesets for easy access to files or groups of files that match a certain pattern. 

I'll be looking into moving this particular extension to the archives / webtools integration plugin to better separate the two. This should ensure all the base requirements for as are satisified even if the required archives core / ui is not present.
