Seam and Dynamic Web project can't be created.

EXECUTE: New > Seam Project (or Dynamic Web Project).
FAILURE: Error message box appears. Screenshot attached.

We can't create any Dynavic Web project and Seam web project using our wizards. Seems to us that build broken.

Possibly this issue related to JBIDE-2819 .
