An incremental publish is already supported in the view with one click. (select server, click publish at the top of the view). No right-clicking needed.

Max:  Should I add another icon up top for full publish?  I honestly believe no action should be taken here at the moment. I don't see right-clicking to access the menu as a huge issue and the current way works and integrates well with the future servers view.

Thoughts?
