EXECUTE: Create jsf 1.2 web project
EXECUTE: Open any jsp
EXECUTE: Add a4j taglib declaration into the page
EXECUTE: Add custom JSF Capabilitaies (JBoss Richfaces 3.3) to the project
EXECUTE: Save changes on the page and call CA
FAILURE:   a4j suggestions missed in CA's list.
EXECUTE: Reopen page
ASSERT:     a4j will be present in CA's list.
