Pete, I suspected that ;)
But may we have any problems having jars in lib folder and in list them in MANIFEST.MF in the same time? It seems to work in my JBoss 4.2.. For example in that case I can use components from war/WEB-INF/lib in EJB module and I get ClassNotFoundException if libs are not in lib folder.
