Please look at the attached proposed patches.

I added to 'Install ESB Facet' page combo 'ESB Config Version', that contains value '1.0.1', plus value '1.1.0' for ESB 4.5. The logic for filling the combo is put to method initializeConfigVersionCombo, and probably need to be improved.
