Standalone plugin: JBossTools-Archives-3.0.0.GA-N200904080713-H87 
doesn't work for me with:
Eclipse	eclipse-SDK-3.4.2-win32.zip
Webtools	wtp-R-3.0.4-20090213193639.zip
GEF	GEF-runtime-3.4.2.zip
EMF	emf-runtime-2.4.2.zip
XSD	xsd-runtime-2.4.2.zip
DTP	dtp-sdk_1.6.2.zip
TPTP	tptp.runtime-TPTP-4.5.2.zip
BIRT	birt-report-framework-2_3_2.zip
birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_3_2.zip

It doesn't work if you unpack it in eclipse folder and if you use .link file to join it.

Works only in JBossTools-ALL plugins and using update site.
