EXECUTE: Create seam web project
EXECUTE: Create JSF web project
EXECUTE: Open Import Tags from TLD File wizard 
EXECUTE: Press Browse button and select seam web project
EXECUTE: Add  '/' to the path to TLD file
FAILUER:   java.lang.NullPointerException (exception.txt)
EXECUTE: Delete path and press Browse button
EXECUTE: select JSF web project
EXECUTE: Add  '/' to the path to TLD file
FAILURE:   java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: is occured. (Exception2.txt)
EXECUTE: Delete path and type some incorect path with '/' at the end
EXECUTE: press Browse button
FAILURE:   java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: is occured (exception3.txt)
