Maxim, 
1) org.eclipse.core.internal.content.XMLContentDescriber ->  org.eclipse.core.content.XMLContentDescriber
and org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.refactoring.RefactoringSaveHelper -> org.eclipse.jdt.ui.refactoring.RefactoringSaveHelper
2) That is because the test do not declare proper dependencies (3.5 is more strict) so just add a dependency to the common.resref.core
