The latest release of RichFaces 3.1 library is 3.1.6.SR1, but our 'Add Custom Capabilities' dialog adds obsolete 3.1.3.GA version when the capability 'Jboss RichFaces 3.1' is selected.
We have to replace the obsolete version by the latest.
