The first half is a duplicate of JBIDE-3537.

The second part is fixed by a commit. 

As a note, there is no way for me to recognize when a runtime selection is changed, which means my Error message stays up and present until someone re-selects the proper deploy and temp-deploy folders. 

There's no way for me to add a listener to either the combo box, the editor, or the section.
