Scroll bars for vpe composite were added. Now a visual part of the editor resizes the same as a source part. It was the simplest solution. 
As an option it could be done in the other ways:
1) Connect MozillaBrowser window resizing with eclipse's editor part resizing.
2) Add dropdown menu to the toolbar to show toolbar icons that do not have enough room after resizing (like in microsoft word)
