Well, I've just discovered, that it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Also note that there there two problems: 1) cannot add an existing EAR to the new JBoss server 2) the wrong reaction of the "new JBoss server" wizard on the exception. 

My original post was especially about the 2) - whensomething wrong happens the wizard should allow me to finish it. Instead, some buttons are disabled and I cannot finish it properly.

Ad1): I will try to discover, what in my ear makes the problem.
