Requirements from Eclipse.org updated, except equinox (no change since 2008/08). Builds are failing in Hudson, however.

Xulrunner has newer builds than 1.8.1.3 (namely, 1.9.0.7), but no osgi bundles yet. Do we need to upgrade? Do we need to do our own bundle-ification?
