Job list is now cut down to only 14. 

* 3 trunk jobs (2.1.0.Alpha1, 3.1.0.Alpha1, minsk upload)
* 3 maintenance jobs (2.0.x , 3.0.x, minsk upload)

* 1 experimental grid job (to eventually replace the Alpha builds and include per-component builds too)
* 1 admin job (for faux-sudo access)
* 1 doc build
* 1 x86_64 build to prove JBQA-2244 is still a problem

* 2 archived (which I may still need for 2.0.1/3.0.1 releases, prefixed with "xa-")
* 2 cleanup jobs (to reduce disk footprint by purging old builds; one per JBT / JBDS)
