I've checked it in Mozilla Firefox, <code> tag transcends container's border like in VPE. It seems that Anton used internal eclipse web browser and it was Internet Explorer. I also cheched this page in the Internet Explorer - it looks the same as on the second screensot.
So VPE displays this page the same as firefox.
