Yeah, I've checked specified distribution "J2EE + JBoss Seam + Topcased UML + Aptana Editors (by Gimpel)", there is no org.mozilla.xulrunner binary distribution.

There is a usefull article about "HowToBuildJBossTools" on http://www.jboss.org/community/docs/DOC-9918, in the section "Get XULRunner" you can read how to add xulrunner's binary. After I've added xpcom features to eclipse/features and xulrunner binary to eclipse/plugins VPE works fine without any errors.

So you can fix this problem manually or as Max said you can try plain JBoss Tools or Studio.
