Now wizard doesn't show error messages

1. EXECUTE: JBoss Tools Web/CSS Class wizard and press "Next" button
2. EXECUTE: Enter any text in CSS File field (it shouldn't match project name in workspace)
3. ASSERT: "Next" button disabled
4. ASSERT: Error message appears in wizard header

Now it fails for step 4
