1) The wording is bad IMO, zip is slang and "webtool projects" are weird...suggestions for alternatives:
"Deploy projects as archives" 
"Deploy projects in exploded folders"  (negates the variable)

2) I didn't understand what "to remove the pattern matching and compression algorithms for incremental changes" mean ?
