Regarding the failures on org.drools.eclipse.task, the same applies here as in org.drools.eclipse:
you need to make sure the libraries in the lib folder are up to date as well.

In this case, these are the following jars:
 lib/drools-api.jar,
 lib/drools-process-task.jar,
 lib/mina-core.jar,
 lib/slf4j-api.jar,
 lib/slf4j-jdk14.jar

Updating drools-api and drools-process-task should solve the issue in this case.
