Css_editor1.png looks good but i can't see the connection between the left side and right side when there are multiple styles in one file ?

Css_editor2.png is using non-standard tabs so that is a no go.

css_editor3.png is good since it allows us to work with the standard css editor (i.e. no need for a custom additional one), but 
again what is the connection between the properties and the contents of the editor when you have multiple files ?
And shouldn't that CSS Editing Panel just be in the properties view as Tabbed properties ?
