We always put a warningon on our nightly builds, see our nightly build pages :)

"This nightly build is a direct build from SVN/CVS and is provided as-is with no guarantees. Be advised that while there is no prior proof, if this build sets fire to your computer, you were sufficiently warned!

We can't guarantee anything for the nightly builds - no need to be dishonest about that.

About the link then users most likely won't even click there - just as well put the info on that first page.
