Make VPE error window more infromation for user.
Now if vpe couldn't be loaded, for example xulrunner bundle not available or anather exception has occurred, appears grey window with the link on jboss forum(link by the way no more correct) on which says that user environment should be changed slightly for all reasons of fail vpe.
