Remove the "Smooks resource list" element in the "desgin tab" and add some buttons to add/remove the elements in the treeviewer

Remove the "Smooks resource list" element in the "desgin tab" and add some buttons to add/remove the elements in the treeviewer.

Because this smooks editor will be split , at the first , the "Overview" page will be created and this page is focus on editing the "Smooks resource list" element , so in the "desgin page" , the root element ( smooks resource list) isn't need now.

Case without the root element , the popmenu can't be shown , so on the "design page" need some buttons to add/remove the elements.
