JBossRuntimeStartup.java patch is incorrect, because it would always create seam 2.0 runtime for EAP 4.3 and EAP 5.0 added manually to server list during installation.

EAP 4.3 has seam folder which contains Seam 1.2.1
EAP 5.0 has seam folder which contains Seam 2.2

So updating just name of seam folder is not enough, runtimes plug-in have to understand all previous/current servers layout and create right run-times for them.

EAP 4.3.0 (which is also used in SOAP)
 - seam - Seam 1.2.1
 - seamfp - Seam 2.0.X

EAP 5.0 
 - seam - Seam 2.2.X
